Yes, it rocks some pretty decent specs, good rear and front facing camera both coupled with a single LED flash, of course for your casual photography and selfie needs. Of course it has a digital TV receiver (ISDB-T to be exact), it also supports wireless display via Miracast and Chromecast so if you want something new, you can cast your digital TV session on your HD TV (Haha LOL.)
The biggest gripe I think is the modest amount of battery. Well if you will include a digital TV to an HD phone then why not include a larger amount of battery to maximize the usage ? They should've made it atleast 2400mAh.
